Grief\/loss is personal, everybody mourns differently. Usually there is nobody to tell you what to expect and how to cope.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nobody can replace what you have lost but it can be a benefit to talk to a counsellor to explore your feelings.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Therapist Conal Healy believes we need to be more open about what we have lost. This is especially so because of the Covid-19 Pandemic. People have lost family, friends, and jobs. They have also lost hopes and expectations. As well as security about their future. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The recent flood events have had an impact on people&#8217;s mental health.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Grief\/Loss can come in may shapes.
